Cancellation and Refund Policy
The application fee covers application review, screening, and related administrative procedures.
Therefore, as a general rule, the application fee is non-refundable if an applicant cancels for personal reasons or if YWAM Osaka does not approve the applicant's admission after screening.
However, the application fee will be refunded in the event of a duplicate payment, an incorrect charge, or cancellation of the school by YWAM Osaka.
